What we'll do
Yogis of all levels looking to do yoga in a beautiful space, close to home and affordable.
Calming, yet vigorous vinyasa classes for those looking to clear their mind and strengthen their bodies. A combination of hatha, pranayama and meditation to help restore and energise.
Payment will cover venue hire and teacher costs. Pay what you can with a suggested donation being $10 for the class. Please note it is cash only! :)
PLEASE READ BEFORE ATTENDING
If this is your first class please arrive a few minutes early to fill out a form. These classes are designed for all levels of yogis. There will be clear instruction and view of the teacher so if you get lost, you can follow along. If you already practice or feel you aren't a beginner - these classes will still be accessible for more intermediate levels as modifications and advancements are welcome.
The classes will begin with some beautiful warm-ups and pranayama (breath work) to clear the mind, followed by more physical asana (poses) and ending in savasana (laying meditation) or seated meditation.
Please listen to your body throughout these classes and don't do anything you are not comfortable with. Yoga is about YOU and we want you to be happy and flourishing in your body. If you are unsure, help will be given.
