Are you tired of being tired mentally, emotionally, physically heck, spiritually? 

Brisbane Mental Health Heroes is a group for the mental health enthusiast, regardless if you re a novice to mental health, advanced in your practice or the expert in the field. 

We put together some great workshops and events for you: 

• Events on overcoming anxiety loneliness and other negative vibes for your mental health with Tim. 

• River walks with the group for your emotional and physical health and of course, to connect with everyone and have a laugh. 

• Boxing fitness with Kelly to stay fit as F#&k! 

• Breathwork events to diving deep into your power


Come and help yourself by learning and connecting more with yourself and others, shake the vibes of anxiety loneliness or guilt and boredom in exchange for a feeling of wholesome happiness in the company of a great community. Ask yourself: If not now when then? Be your own hero!
