Boardgames night at the bar!

We're adding some extra events to our schedule, now in the middle of the week! In conjunction with Blackbird Bar, we'll be hosting games nights on Wednesday evenings. Come along for a chance to unwind in the middle of the grind of the week.

We play all kinds of card and board games, so bring along the games you want to play or just come along and join any table looking for players. We're a friendly group and we welcome newcomers to the hobby as well as veterans. Blackbird has a free games menu to choose from with some popular favourites too.

Note that the start and end times aren't strict, we aren't going to lock you into them; come and go whenever you need to. If you come late, you might need to wait a little before the next game starts, but you can watch and chat in the meantime. If you need to leave early, just let people know and we'll try to set you up with a game that will accommodate your time frame.

As with our Sunday events, there's no forced purchases required, but Blackbird has $8 jaffles all night, a variety of cocktails and chances to get a discount on purchases when you Roll the Dice, so why not join in?

The venue entrance is located in Alinga St behind Interchange Terminal 3, and next to the Transport Canberra information office. Look for the image of the bird and head down the stairs to find the bar.
