Hobart community of female software engineers where we support each other in our professional and personal growth in a safe space, while having fun doing the things we love.

Whether you are just starting out on your career or have been around for a little while, you are welcome to join us and be a participant / mentor. If none of those description fit you, you can definitely still join us and learn what it's like to program and be a programmer.

Learn basics of coding by creating your own game or animation using Scratch.

Child-friendly event - recommended for ages 10 - 16 (please accompany your child during the workshop).

No prior knowledge required. Please bring your laptop and charger.

Let's start the day together with a warm cup of something, sharing our news and plans.

We'll meet at the Franklin Square fountain at 8am. There is a nice place you can get coffee from that's just across the street - The Stagg Cafe City at the corner of Elizabeth St and Macquarie Street.
