Nia is a fitness practice for the mind, body, spirit & emotions. It helps heal & soothe the Soul & Bring you Home to your Body.
At the same time you will be connecting with like-minded individuals & a special Community through social activities such as brunches, lunches & dinners, dancing outdoors & in nature, various outings, workshops & retreats & more......
