Welcome to a space for healing and self-discovery through Ayurveda, Yoga, Breathwork, and Meditation. My intention is to help others find calm and resilience, transforming anxiety into a source of personal growth and inner peace.

Ayurveda is the science of living in harmony with nature’s rhythms. By tuning in to these rhythms, we can bring balance to our mind, body, emotions, and spirit through thoughtful choices in diet, lifestyle, and mindset.

I’m Jade, and my own journey has been deeply shaped by learning to embrace anxiety. Read my story here. I believe that our moments of anxiety are opportunities to show ourselves greater kindness and compassion. When we listen to what anxiety is teaching us, we can open up to a fuller, more meaningful life.
