What we'll do

Find some well needed balance in your life with with some slow flow yoga with Jamuna. Become centred, build good practice & be challenged. Finishing with kirtan meditation giving you a complete harmonizing yoga experience. Suitable for the regular yoga practitioners.

We have two wonderful spaces for your yoga asana practice... our beautiful beachside space & our spacious back hall. Our Wednesday 5.15pm yoga & our Sunday 9am yoga are held in our spacious back hall. All our other classes & programs are held in of beautiful beachside space. For our spacious back hall follow the side path and enter via the middle steps..

Yogis try a hatha yoga class, a flow yoga class, a yin yoga class, or just an easy yoga class. Hatha, flow & yin are mixed level classes. Our hatha & yin yoga classes are suitable for everyone, the beginners & the regular practitioner. Our flow yoga classes are suitable for the regular yoga practitioners.

In our mixed level classes we focus on safely moving from easy to more advanced practice. Work into those levels or variations that are good for you. If you are new to yoga or not so regular in your practice start with our mixed level hatha classes or our easy yoga classes. All classes are 75 minutes.

Our yoga asana classes will give you more youthfulness and vitality, release any built up tension, increase your flexibility and strength, improve the functioning of all the internal systems of your body, cleanse and detox, balance your hormones, your chakras, your energy and constitution, calm your mind, reduce stress, building complete health and well being. Each yoga class finishes with some kirtan meditation soothing your heart and mind.

All Yoga Asana classes are in QLD time and 75 minutes in duration.
