Energizing all-level yoga with pose options for beginners to advanced, plus guided meditation that builds strength, focus, and calm in one session.

Details

For Level One to Advanced. This is an energizing class designed for students who already have a yoga practice. Options are given for all poses to accommodate Level One and to challenge Intermediate students. Yoga ends at 10:00 followed immediately by guided meditation.

Donations are welcomed but not mandatory. A true donation.

Classes are in person or on Zoom. When you RSVP tell us you prefer Zoom and we will send a link.
