Overview

Master a confident, non-needy mingling style through hands-on exercises and feedback, ideal for anyone wanting clearer social presence.

Details

What's the difference between (approval, validation, permission) seeking and a confident "non-needy" posture? Let's see if we can feel the difference as we explore some exercises.

It's easy to feel out of place in a new social environment. Is it ok for me to join in? Are people going to be receptive? What if they think I'm rude or boring? (and which one is worse?)

Yet, there are people who are able to navigate those same spaces with a relaxed confidence and ease. They are curious, they participate and they don't linger past when it feels right.

Let's practice entering, participating in and leaving conversations in this type of "low key social mixer" environment.

This is a "dry run" event. It's one of the first times we're hosting it. Expect some things to be bumpy or unrefined until we figure out the best format for this event. Feedback and suggestions are very welcome.
