Tatoosh Ridge Trail 🏔️ - Mt. Rainer NP

The beautiful Tatoosh range overlooks Mt. Rainer.
We will approach it this time from the North side - just a skosh easier!

BEFORE YOU RSVP, PLEASE KNOW AND UNDESTAND
I will ONLY pick a handful of individuals from the waiting list. These are people that have hiked with me on a CONSITENT basis, are reliable, considerate and can help facilitate this adventure.

*Please stay tuned as the DATES are fluid - mostly due to climatic changes* However, we are shooting for Saturday, AUGUST 2nd.

LENGTH: 10 Miles Out and Back
ELEVATION GAIN: 3850 ft
DIFFICUTLY: Very Challenging
PACE: 2mph (slow)

MEETING SPOT: TBD

PLEASE BRING:

• plenty of water -- 3-4 liters minimum depending on temperatures
• lots of nutrition (lunch, snacks, etc.)
• change of clean shoes for the ride back
• appropriate hiking shoes/attire + trekking poles
• sunscreen
• BUG spray (there may be flies)

Donations to drivers $35 (exact -cash- is appreciated). This will cover 346 miles of driving. Drive time will be approximately 2.5 hr from somewhere in Vancouver. I'll look up permits.

CARPOOL: We will figure out depending on who RSVPs and is willing to drive.
