Step Up Your Workout Game!

Join the Fitness Step Meetup Group for an invigorating step class and meet and greet. This first session will be held either in my garage or barn. That may sound a little nuts but it’s a start and I have the space. If after we meet up we want to do our next session at a pay by hour place we can. The challenge with that is it will cost more. You will need to bring your own step. That is important- bring a step, mat, water, towel. I will ask that you sign a hold harmless waiver which is standard. Please map to 07460 to see if this is too far for you. If you are in like super duper great shape this may not be for you… we will learn some steps, go at your own pace, and enjoy a bit of nostalgia. Dress for the 80s is not required but encouraged!
