What we'll do
After successful completion of 7 weeks course, we are starting new batch from 25th April.
The aim of this course is that people, who complete the seven weeks are able to
- meditate effectively and independently at their own home
- achieve thoughtless awareness for greater peace, joy and effectiveness in their daily lives
- gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships with others
- develop an improved ability to witness stressful situations and cope effectively with both their feelings and the situations themselves
- greater ability to focus and to achieve complete mental silence
Starting on Tuesday, 25th Apr from 7:30pm till 8:30pm at 11, Albion Street Parramatta
Like always this and any Sahaja Yoga programs/classes are free of charge and we hope to see you there!
