Hike Details - This is a popular circuit hike in the South District of Shenandoah National Park. We are going to start at the Doyles River Overlook. We are going to hike the Appalachian Trail northbound to the Doyles River Falls Trail. We are going to turn right and proceed downhill hopefully to the frozen waterfalls at Doyles River Falls. After enjoying these falls, we will continue downhill to the junction with the Jones Run Trail. We will turn right on the Jones Run Falls Trail and make our way to the second set of hopefully frozen waterfalls at Jones Run. After enjoying these waterfalls, we will climb up to the ridgeline and the Appalachian Trail. We will turn right onto the Appalachian Trail and complete this popular circuit hike. Following the hike, we will make our way to Blue Mountain Brewery on Rt. 151 for a post hike bite, pint, and social time with fellow hikers.
