Details

I'm trying to get some of these Friday hikes back on the schedule, so this time let's do the Rivanna starting from the 5th Street Station area. (Check the where to meet section for parking information.)

We'll do the Rivanna from 5th Street to Stribling Avenue and turn around at the train bridge with all the cool graffiti. Most of the trail is actual trail but involves a little road walking.

(I also saw a cool red-shouldered hawk here once when I walked home from a movie at Alamo Drafthouse.)

After the hike we can go to Glass Half Full at Alamo Drafthouse for drinks (non-alcoholic and alcoholic, whatever your preference). They have a full menu available. Glass Half Full
