Join us to hear Matt's thoughts on the role of information professionals and information management skills in enhancing the use of information to address challenges, close knowledge gaps, and make more informed decisions.
The information age started in the late 20th century and continues to evolve in the 21st century. Despite living in this ‘enlightened’ age there is still a significant untapped opportunity to harness information to its maximum potential and address information deficits.
By using an ‘information lens’, that is looking at a problem or situation and understanding the role information plays in it, we have a considerable opportunity to solve difficult problems, realise opportunities and create new and significant insights.
This presentation will explore this key topic and how we can leverage our strategic value by using IM skills and tools to address information deficits and utilise information to its maximum potential.
