5:30pm: Arrival & casual meet and greet & (personal) setup.
5:50pm: "Standup" (Welcome address)
6:00pm - 8:00/8:15: Hacking
8:30: Cleaned up and closed.
Don't forget to BYO Hardware (computer / power cables / etc).
