What we're about
This group is for anyone interested in trail walking to improve health, wellbeing and fitness. As the group is called happy trails it is also about doing things that add to your happiness such as meeting new people, making friends and connections. Get outdoors, explore new areas and new ways of thinking.
Get together for a chat and a walk with people who have lessons to share and lessons to learn.
As we progress as a group there will be the opportunity to take part in some trail runs.
