Health2.0 Melbourne is the local chapter of the global Health2.0 movement. This group is dedicated to bringing together all stakeholders in Melbourne's health & innovation ecosystem to facilitate a global platform to introduce health technology companies to the world stage.
Health2.0 globally has hosted more than 15,000 attendees at our conferences and code-a-thons, awarded over $7,745,000 in prizes through our developer challenge program, and inspired the formation of over 90 new chapters in cities around the globe.
Health2.0 Melbourne serves as a magnet for those committed to advancing healthcare innovation with a focus on enabling technology to drive transformation in access & delivery of healthcare whilst delivering improved outcomes. We seek active involvement of Patients, Carers, Healthcare providers, Academia, Hospital administrators, Government, Entrepreneurs and Industry. If you believe healthcare needs serious change to transform and improve the practice & performance of medicine, this is the place for you!
With a global mindset, Health2.0 Melbourne will connect the local health technology startup/SME ecosystem to the global Health2.0 community. Forging early connections with global healthcare partners is critical for local healthcare innovators seeking to grow early-stage concepts and for SME's to scale established products & services.

As part of the new digital health innovation programming, we are launching a series of interactive events. The first in the series is TEDMED Tuesday. This informal workshop will consist of screening 1-2 TEDMED videos and conducting a panel discussion relating to the relevant topics. From medicinal snail venom to healthcare on Mars, the objective of the series is to engage, connect and inspire the Health 2.0 Melbourne community. Our coworking partnership with AGNES will provide the venue for this exciting series, but we need input from YOU to kick things off right.
We need the following suggestions:
-Your favourite TED/TEDMED videos & topic
We'll experiment with holding these events at different times (e.g. 8:00am, Noon, 5:30pm, etc.) throughout the series to ensure everyone has the opportunity to attend.
