The final and biggest lifeguard race of the season — often called the Super Bowl of NJ beach patrol competitions.
⚠️ This is not a hosted event and not an RSVP session.
We’re attending as part of our hiking and wellness circles — feel free to join us on the beach, but no RSVP is required or tracked.

### 🌊 What It Is:

The South Jersey Lifeguard Championships bring together the top 3 finishers from each regional qualifying race — including:

• Curcione Memorial
• Cape May County Champs
• Dutch Hoffman Memorial

These elite patrol teams face off in high-intensity events such as:
• Doubles Row
• Swim Relay
• Paddleboard Relay
• Rescue Race
• Run–Swim–Run
