### 17km Hiking – Bukhansan (16 Fortress Gates Traverse)

Bukhansan’s 16 Fortress Gates Traverse (북한산 16성문 종주) is one of the most historic and scenic mountain routes in the Seoul area.

This hike is a tough but manageable mid-level challenge that follows the entire 12.7 km wall of the historic Bukhansanseong Fortress, traversing numerous peaks and all 16 gates around Seoul’s highest mountain. It is known for its steep, rocky terrain and panoramic views.

We will meet at Gupabal Station (Exit 2) at 8:30 AM, then take a bus together to the starting point. We will start and finish this hike at the Bukhansanseong Visitor Center(북한산성 탐방지원센터).
