Join us for the launch of the London Somatic Public Speaking Group—this preliminary workshop is designed to help you become attuned to your fear of public speaking and gently transform it into lasting confidence. We’ll begin with a warm welcome and icebreaker to help you feel comfortable and connected. Then, we’ll flow through a gentle yoga sequence crafted to open your voice and calm your nervous system.
Next, we’ll play some public speaking games to build spontaneity and ease. In the final hour, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a piece of text, presentation, or anything you want to practice on your feet, with supportive feedback from the group.
Whether you’re new to public speaking or looking to deepen your skills, this launch workshop is the perfect place to start speaking with authenticity, ease, and confidence.

*The monies are simply for space rental. This is not a for-profit workshop.
*Please bring a Yoga Mat and a water bottle for comfortability
