Hi Everyone, Welcome to Lovelace.
Danielle Court (Practice Lead - Software Engineering) and Rachel Aldridge (Technical Talent Partner) set up Lovelace, as we have both seen first hand the gap of representation of minority communities in engineers across businesses, and are passionate about doing what they can to bridge that gap.
We have created a community for females and other diverse communities in tech where we can provide support, share knowledge and personal experiences, and inspire each other.
We hope you will follow our journey and will enjoy participating in our events. We have a number of accomplished leaders for you to connect with and aim for you come away from our events feeling encouraged and empowered in your tech career.
