
What we’re about
Meditation is a wonderful way to destress, calm the mind and gain insight into decisions and life in general. We teach a variety of highly effective techniques including mantra meditation, mindfulness, breathing and kirtan (our favourite!).
We host sessions about every 3 months in Katherine to help you to add meditation to your life in a positive and encouraging way.
Join us for any sessions, which are free or by donations.
