Join us in-person at the Brahma Kumaris Virginia location, where we will gather as a group and participate together in the live Zoom class with BK Shila Sanghani.

Breath is one of the most powerful tools we have for self-regulation and inner balance. As conscious breathing opens the body’s meridians and energy channels, it aligns us with our natural and universal life force—creating space for healing to unfold. From this elevated state of awareness, we are able to restore, grow, and expand from the inside out.

In this monthly session, we will practice gentle yogic breathing techniques and light stretching exercises designed to refresh the body, calm the mind, and rejuvenate the spirit.

BK Shila Sanghani is a certified yoga instructor based in the Chicago metro area. She has facilitated numerous workshops and national retreats and has collaborated with medical professionals to support individuals with a variety of health conditions.
