Chair Yoga at Stella Luna is a gentle, grounding practice that offers safe, supported movement for every body. Using the chair as a stabilizing prop, you can explore yoga at your own pace while honoring your body and nervous system.
Movements are invitations, not expectations, with plenty of options to modify or pause as needed. Expect mindful breathing, gentle seated and standing postures, joint mobility, light strength work, and relaxation to help cultivate ease and connection.
