What we'll do
Ever wondered about Alexa voice skill design and testing!? Here is your chance to get a glimpse in how Matchbox works on voice skills.
***Please note you will be asked to sign an NDA as part of this session.
We would like to invite you to our upcoming usability testing of a new Alexa voice skill which Matchbox are developing for a large, well known electronics and print manufacturing company.
The usability testing will be an important final step in identifying any problems or gaps from the user perspective before development work begins.
Objectives of the test:
• To assess how easy and pleasurable the skill is to use
• Assess the suitability of the skill's features to ensure that they provided value for the user
• Identify any additional features that users would expect to be included in a skill of this type
• Ensure that the voice user interface design allows for natural engagement with Alexa and uses concise speech and clear language to help the user understand what Alexa is saying and feel confident about what is happening.
