Rhythms that Recharge Your Mind and Body! Session at the park 🎶 Try-out

We all know how a great song can instantly lift our spirits and help us shake off stress. But what if you could play that song yourself, creating your own rhythms and energy?

Join us for our new "Music for Wellness" sessions, where we’ll use body percussion and drumming to help you forget about the daily grind, clear your mind, and recharge your body. This is a chance to focus on the power of rhythm, create new patterns together, and experience the joy of making music as a group.
No musical experience required.

The event will take place only in good weather conditions (sunny and dry).

There is a registration fee of 6,00 Euro to cover the costs of instruments.
