Y12SR (Yoga of 12-Step Recovery) is a unique blend of 12-step–based discussion and gentle yoga, open to anyone navigating their own addictive behavior or impacted by the addictive behavior of others.

This inclusive, trauma-informed space welcomes all pathways of recovery. This class includes a supportive group discussion along with an accessible yoga practice designed to help release tension, restore balance, and support your recovery journey.

No prior yoga experience needed. Come as you are.
