Last Minute! Wild Foods, Medicinals and Fireflies

Hosted By
Hugh B.

Details
We'll stroll down the trail and identify various useful wild plants. At dusk nature's light show begins. I will also give away some literature, potted samples of my favorite wild edible, Amaranth, and a taste of it cooked. I have seen amaranth in every country I have traveled except Iceland. Bit too chilly I guess.
Kids are welcome, no charge, but an accompanying adult must be responsible for them.
Be forewarned, the trail can be a bit uneven. You might bring bug spray, flashlight, a notepad of some sort. There are many dozens of interesting plants here.
This will be the last free walk. Unless I change my mind.
