"Cafe Roya have issued the December menu early and I have added it as a photo. Please could you add your preorder in the comments before end of Wednesday 10 Dec. This should be starter and main specifying vegan or not. If planning to mix it up e.g. have no starter or have starter as main please specify. You may wish to include the dessert in the preorder to be certain of getting it -the vegan tiramisu is on the menu. If you can no longer make it please update your RSVP to No - there are several people on the waitlist. Cheers Peter"

Update 5 November I have increased the booking to the maximum of 16 which will be two tables of 8 in the room upstairs. Since the booking is now over 12 pre orders will be needed by Wednesday 10 December. This will be from the December menu which will be out 1 Dec.

Cafe Roya have just announced they will be extending their evening menu to Sunday lunchtime for part of December. Details of the menu will be added when available.

Please note I will be asking people to confirm they are still able to go a few days before the meetup. This is to avoid no shows and empty places at the meal.

Please note if you leave your RSVP as yes and do not turn up you may be excluded from future meals.

If you RSVP yes and then are unable to come please update your RSVP to No as soon as you can. Note this includes if you on the waiting list.
