I work on keeping in good condition for aerial arts. I work out from 6 to 7am. All gym equipment is here, including an aerial rig. This is a serious workout, at your level, with a positive attitude, good energy and moral support. I'm looking for a regular group of 3 to 4 people max, for support and accountability. Come check it out? I'm not a personal trainer, just looking for those who do a similar workout.
We will start with rope jumping for cardio. Then strength, stretching and balance using yoga blocks and elastic bands. Then a medicine ball for reverse burpees (a tough one!) Then floor exercises for strength, and flexibility, then exercises on the aerial equipment for upper body, core, and beginning technique for aerial gymnastics. Everything is adaptable for your individual fitness, goals, and desires. Sweating guaranteed. Progress is slow and steady. If you do this just two mornings a week, a year from now you will be amazed at the difference.
