P.H.A.T Fitness is all about having fun while getting fit enough for those outdoor adventures!
Our focus is FUN and FITNESS.
We will have outdoor fitness parties (Generally mid week, after work, during the day), fun healthier BBQs PT in the park, online cooking classes and games, your host is a fully qualified nutritionist.
The focus here is FUN fitness. Keeping fit while having fun.
Meet people, home workout group fitness, fitness parties, BBQ, water fights, games and surprises
This group will suit those who are serious about getting fit and living healthy, while socializing and having fun while getting fit.
I am a qualified nutritionist and a personal trainer who believes that fitness doesnt need to be boring but can be exciting and enjoyable.
