Vi is the Head of Product at Eratos (Data Platform as a Service provider) and CEO of Ryka Global (a tech consulting firm). With over 20 years' experience across the Australian Government, corporates and start ups in Australia, Sweden and Vietnam. Ex-BCG and KPMG, Vi is a software engineer by trade and specialises in developing digital strategies, leading digital transformations and AI.

Vi will talk about different ways to develop a strategy. Developing a strategy with a CEO for a company versus a strategy for a product or project.
