Start your Saturday with a healthy boost at beautiful Ruffey Lake Park!
Join us for a refreshing walk that not only gets your body moving but also lifts your mood and connects you with other amazing women. Walking together is a fun way to stay active, reduce stress, and build meaningful friendships.

You’re welcome to walk at your own pace and team up with a walking buddy. We’ll all meet back at the starting point to wrap up together

☕️ We usally go to have coffee together after the walk.
