Washoe Lake and Franktown Road

Details

Hi All,

This is an early morning ride that stays a bit Vanilla but is intended to allow people to rip along and be done before the Temperature becomes too warm.

We start at RC Willey's and head down Veterans and Old 395 to the top of Washoe Hill. We take Eastlake Blvd and take a small diversion on Lakeshore that takes us back to Eastlake in about 2 miles. We continue down Eastlake and take a break at mile 21 at the Park. We then continue to Old 395 and head north to Franktown Road. We do the 4.3 miles of Franktown Road and then rejoin Old 395. We can take an optional break at Bowers Mansion or continue up old 395. This time we will take the simple way up veterans to RC willey's in the interest of getting there before its hot. So its a Vanilla Washoe Lake and Franktown ride.
