Community Sound Bath and Reiki Experience

On Sunday, July 20th I am hosting a community soundbath in collaboration with Reiki Masters, Amber and Meeka at Crescent Collective from 7pm-8pm.

This experience will start with gentle movement and then move into the soundbath and reiki portion, then a brief rest portion.

This is a donation-based event and is mask required.

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blankie, and whatever else you need to be comfortable for the rest period. Wear comfy clothes. Bring water.

There are a limited amount of yoga mats at the space for use. There are 2 water fountains and restrooms.

There is a small parking lot and plenty of street parking.

We start promptly at 7pm.
