In this workshop, we will learn how to set and uphold boundaries in our interpersonal relationships so that we can become empowered and confident women. You will learn: + How to choose your boundaries from a place of love + How to communicate your boundaries + How to respond when your boundaries are not respected _____ Mary Brown is a Life Coach who helps women set and uphold boundaries from a place of love. Mary's professional background is in social work. For over a decade, she served individuals and families who struggle with mental health, addictions, abusive relationships, and trauma. There is not much she hasn’t seen. Mary is empathetic, trustworthy, and solution focused. While serving as a leader for the women of her church, she developed more understanding for the heartache of women - especially those impacted by a difficult relationship with a struggling loved one. They felt taken advantage of, disappointed, and exhausted. Mary related to them because she has had her own personal experience with loved ones who struggle. She overcome this by learning how to set and uphold boundaries from a place of love for herself and her family members. She became a life coach to help women overcome challenges, build confidence, and become their best selves. Mary specializes in coaching women who have a family member with a mental health disorder, an addiction, or a pornography problem. She sees coaching as a vehicle to carry you from where you currently are to where you want to be, like Cinderella’s stagecoach. Mary coaches women to become confident, intentional, and empowered. Mary loves being a coach because she appreciates that opportunity to witness the transformation of such amazing women.
