Morning Hike near Cullinan

With a close proximity to both Pretoria (30 min away) and Johannesburg (1 hour) Windy Brow offer a wonderful opportunity for the whole family to enjoy the outdoors. With over 15 mammal species, over 150 bird species and no fewer than 48 species of trees your are invited to come and enjoy nature, right on your doorstep! Windy Brow is a stone’s throw away from the historical town of Cullinan where one the world’s most famous diamonds was discovered. The Geology route (yellow) has wonderful views of the reserve and the Cullinan Diamond Mine, and Big Hole of Cullinan. It has more climbing than the Archeology route, and is more elevated, following the contours of the mountains..
The Ecology Route (green) is the longest with the most climbing of all three routes. On this route, you are likely to view the wild life, and the views are great!
