What we’re about
This group is for youngish people who know that optimal health and fitness are major keys to living their best possible life and who want to learn tools, techniques and strategies to achieve lasting results - while meeting people and having some fun!
All skill levels are welcome and bootcamp style training will be delivered in each session - so get ready to be sweaty, sore and sizzled in an awesome way :)
Training sessions will be held in outdoor locations in Eastern Suburbs with no lockers or storage, so only bring what you need. I accept no liability for any loss.
Training is also at your own risk.
