Art of Ramen Cooking Class Night @ Armature Works (Three-Course)

Say hello to our Art of Ramen 3 Course Cooking Night Theme at none other than at Armature Works!

We’ll be renting out a venue and we’ll have our options for the members to either get the hands on experience or spectate.

Here’s what’s on the menu:

• Handmade Ramen: Mushroom Broth, Shoyu Tare, Black Garlic Oil, Sesame Grilled Tofu, Kimchi, Negi, Nori
• Chinese Dumpling: Whole Wheat Wrapper, Savory Mushroom, Asian Slaw
• Bingsu: Shaved Ice, Mango, Almond, Basil Whipped Cream

All of this will come with Pineapple Fresca which will be made from Hibuscus Flower.

This class will focus on an in-depth exploration of traditional Japanese and French cooking.

There will be:

• At least two professional chefs
• Full service staff
• Chef’s Apron - Chef Towels
• All Tools & Equipment
• 100% Hands-on experience
• Quality Local Ingredients
• Basic Knife Skill Course
• Downloadable PDF Recipes
• French Culinary Techniques

32 spots max will be for the hands-on experience and then about 4 for Back of House (BOH) seats which will be for people that are happy to assist the chefs with prep and serving. BOH will get in for only $20 and be able to eat afterwards but they must work, coordinate with the chefs and show up early.
