Endangered Productions proudly presents two rarely performed gems in a Bernstein and Busoni double bill:
Get ready for a night of laughs, lies, and suburban secrets in this lively double bill of one-act operas.

First, it’s Busoni's Arlecchino (Harlequin)—a sharp, slapstick comedy where the clever Harlequin lies, cheats, and charms his way through chaos in 18th-century Italy. Think disguises, mistaken identities, and nonstop mischief!
Then, fast forward to 1950s suburbia in Bernstein’s Trouble in Tahiti, where a seemingly perfect couple battles loneliness and miscommunication—all set to lush tunes and a cheeky radio-style chorus. (Peter Coleman-Wright AO and Cheryl Barker AO star)
