Through body percussion, gentle rhythmic exercises, pair movements and shared group flow we explore how the body can follow, embody music. ***A journey through rhythm, movement, and connection.*** This workshop invites you into a space where movement becomes a language, a way of listening, expressing, and connecting. Through **body percussion,** **gentle rhythmic exercises**, **pair movements,** and **circular dances**, we explore how the body can follow and embody music. Step by step, we move from individual rhythm into movement in pairs, and then into **shared group flow.** Circular dances, present across cultures, bring a sense of unity, grounding, and harmony. We at Freesalsa Ireland believe in growing the community, something our friend DJ Leo also believes in. Therefore, we are delighted to promote his weekly practice here on our Meetup for those of you looking to spend their Sunday in the best way. There will be a 60-minute lesson before social with the award-winning DJ Leo until 17.00. Prices stand at a very affordable: €5: Only Social or Only Class €5: for beginners class and social €7: for intermediate/improvers class and social. *Please note, class capacity is limited, so arrive early to be sure of a spot; first come, first serve.
