What we'll do
Our next UX Book Club is about engagement, behaviour and user psychology. We'll be discussing Hooked - How to Build Habit Forming Products by Nir Eyal.
"Why do some products capture our attention while others flop? How do technologies hook us? Nir Eyal answers these questions (and many more) with the Hook Model - a four-step process that subtly encourages customer behaviour; repeatedly bringing them back without costly advertising or aggressive messaging"
As well as discussing our thoughts and opinions on the book, it will also be a great starting point for group discussions on our experiences and questions about its methods and themes. Whether you’re experienced or new to UX design, you are very welcome to join us.
I’m in! How do I RSVP?
To join, simply RSVP here and come along on the night with your book (or eBook), questions, thoughts and opinions! If you can’t make it, please reverse your RSVP early so there is room for someone else.
