Where We'll Meet
We'll be walking on the two-mile Par 4 Trail near El Cajon, rated easy on AllTrails. We'll meet at the trailhead on Par 4 Drive.

What You'll Need

1. Binoculars are great, but if you don't have them, don't let that stop you from showing up! You can borrow binoculars from San Diego Public Libraries with their backpacks.
2. Suggested donation of $10 to the San Diego Bird Alliance, who are graciously guiding this hike for free. You can donate here.
3. Water and comfortable shoes for walking on the trail.
4. The Merlin app is optional, but a great tool for IDing birds.
