What we're about
We're a diverse group of people in the student and young family age range (18-40yo), who are interested in living a healthy lifestyle.
We spend our time enjoying healthy activities, as well as volunteering in the community. Our focus is on holistic health, involving physical, mental, social and spiritual wellbeing.
Our principles are Bible-based but we welcome anyone who's interested in experiencing warm friendship and better health.
Some activities we have done in the past include:
- Berry picking
- Bike riding
- Indoor/outdoor sport activities
- Health seminars (e.g. nutrition, stress managment, depression recovery)
As we aim to promote health and well being, please note that all our events are smoke and alcohol free.
