Join Kevin Stover of Saturday Drive: The terms “upsell” and “cross sell” get thrown around quite often. Even if you aren’t familiar with those terms, you’ve undoubtedly experienced them. Anytime you’ve purchased an item from Amazon, Walmart.com, or any other big retailer, they’ve tried to get you to buy other stuff. It’s been said that it’s better to find products for your customers that customers for your products. If you already have a group of customers, how do you provide them with more value, and ultimately get a better return? In this session, we’ll talk about some techniques that we’ve used to determine what other products our customers are willing to pay for, and sell new or existing products to our existing customers.
