**RIVERWALK IN ROCK HILLL, SC**

**Meet us at 9:00 a.m. with a LOCATION SWITCH for our bi-weekly walk to the "Riverwalk" alongside the beautiful Catawba River in Rock Hill, S.C.!**

Thank you **Susan Schroeder** for introducing another location for our Walk-N-Talk at Riverwalk!!

This beautifully paved walkway along the Catawba River is steeped in history with spectacular views that will take your breath away. Enjoy benches and a public restroom too.

***9:00 a.m.*** \- We will gather at "Blend Riverwalk\," a go\-to\-spot for fresh\, healthy meals and drinks \(just meeting here\)\.

***9:05 a.m.*** \- We will walk the Riverwalk for a 4\-mile round trip \(to Bridge and back\) and then RETURN to "Blend Riverwalk" to gather for healthy food or drink\!

Meet and greet other health-conscious members! Don your comfortable sneakers and join in.

Afterwards join us for refreshments at "Blend Riverwalk." This casual, family-owned shop has a menu with health-conscious meals and smoothies!

Enjoy time with other health-conscious members. Go fast or slow (although still trying to stay as a group). Just a great, healthy way to chat and meet people.

While we love and enjoy dogs, for our walk, please keep your pets at home to be mindful of the pace.
