Exploring and de-mystifying Mantra, Yantra and the Tantra

This will be our third retreat for our Gay Mens Yoga group in this idyllic ‘off the grid’ location only a short drive away from Perth at the Moondyne Country Convention Centre in the Avon Valley National Park.

The weekend includes plenty of yoga suitable for all levels, guided and silent meditations, sound bath/healing session, nature walking/hiking plus free time to relax and reflect in this exquisite part of the world.

Our retreat theme ‘Come Together’ comes from the literal translation of what Yoga and Tantra actually means. To connect ( the dots ), to unify, to make whole.

We aim to bring a group of brave gay men to connect with each other in nature and through the practice of Mantra, Yantra and the Tantra will help you to integrate all layers of your being and create a deeper connection to your inner-most truth, confidently revealing the ultimate version of your-self, living your life the way you want to live it!

During one of the workshops you will get clear on your direction by exploring what your strengths, weaknesses, ambitions and needs are to help you move forward into your best life.

The Tantra component is non-sexual, however teaches overcoming any shame or guilt surrounding sex, sex organs and sexuality. We’ll also learn to embrace fear and vulnerability in our daily life. It’ll be like getting a major service on your vehicle except the vehicle is YOU!

With guest Daniele Anzaldi from The Whole Wheel Yoga! Dan will be taking us on an epic sound journey with crystal and Tibetan bowls and other instruments. He will also lead us through a relaxing Yin yoga session including chanting some sacred mantras. Not to mention, a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra session on the Saturday afternoon. Leaving you feeling all blissed out for the weekend and beyond.

2 nights quality accommodation in cabin with ensuite and balcony

This is not a strict health retreat so you are welcome to BYO wine, beer etc

**Friday 14th April**

Arrive from 4pm check-in relax and explore surroundings
