FYI-CALLING ALL GRACIOUS GIVERS! DAYBREAK WINTER DONATION DRIVE!

FYI...THIS IS ONE OF LLL'S CHARITABLE GIVING EVENTS! WE ARE ASKING YOU TO OPEN UP YOUR HEARTS TO OTHERS IN NEED! THIS IS NOT A "NORMAL" MEETUP EVENT-WE WILL NOT BE ACTUALLY MEETING WITH EACH OTHER.

Each year Daybreak Center, through Catholic Charities, helps men, women, and often families, by providing emergency housing and supportive services. Some program participants arrive with only the clothes on their back and need short-term housing during a situational crisis, and others need support services as they work to reestablish permanent housing. Please help their efforts by providing necessary items to those most vulnerable.

Please dig through those closets & kitchen cabinets, and/or pick up an extra item or two at Meijer, Target, Wal-Mart, Amazon, even your favorite thrift store, wherever you shop to help support Daybreak Center & the wonderful work they do to restore the lives of hurting men, women, & children.

DROP OFF LOCATION: Mindy's Ribs (parking lot), 9610 191st St., Mokena, IL 60448 (northwest corner of LaGrange Rd. at 191st St.)

***OR if you will be attending the Holiday Party on Sunday, December 7, you are welcome to bring your donations with you.

Items needed:
*insulated water bottles
*gently used/or new winter jackets/coats for men and women
*gently used/or new boots *hats *gloves/mittens *scarfs
*mens'/womens' underwear and socks (new please)
*shampoo *mens' razors
*shaving cream *toothbrushes & toothpaste *body wash
*feminine pads/tampons
Take advantage of all those fall sales! Clean out those closets, & those of your family & friends! Spread the word! Thank you for your generosity!
