Based at the University of Edinburgh, **EDINA** is a centre for data and digital expertise delivering innovative products and consultancy across **EdTech, GIS, AI, and IoT**. Among its many contributions is the **UK Data Service**, which provides trusted access and training for the UK’s largest collection of economic, population, and social research data.
Expect a practical walkthrough of how Python powers EDINA’s and the UK Data Service’s geospatial pipelines — from data wrangling and transformation to the delivery of online mapping and analysis tools used nationwide.
